Hosted by PwC, the conference will be focused around the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System (PISCES), the new regulatory framework for secondary trading in the shares in private companies and employee share plans and incentives.
The speakers and panellists will cover topics such as PISCES’ aims and aspirations, practicalities of share plan administration and how share plans and incentives could benefit legal, tax, share valuation and accounting issues.
