JTC Supports Osney Capital With Its Debut VC Fund In Association With The British Business Bank

JTC Group is proud to announce its support as fund administrator, depositary and hosted AIFM partner to Osney Capital, a specialist early-stage investor focused on the cybersecurity sector.

This is Osney’s debut venture capital fund, which is oversubscribed from its original target of £50m.

Cornerstoned by the British Business Bank (BBB) through its Enterprise Capital Funds (ECF) programme, the fund will target high-potential UK startups operating in cyber and adjacent technologies.

With an emphasis on pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities, Osney Capital brings deep sector expertise and an active investment approach to help founders scale solutions that protect digital infrastructure and national interests.

JTC (UK) Limited will provide fund and corporate administration, depositary (through INDOS Financial) and hosted AIFM services (through JTC UK AIFM Solutions).
