Andrew is part of the JTC AIFM Solutions UK team, based in London. He is responsible for co-ordination with cross-functional teams and also acts as a primary point of contact for queries from clients. He is tasked with the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Andrew initially joined JTC as part of the Indos Financial (INDOS) acquisition in 2021, where he was Head of Private Equity and Real Estate Depositary, responsible for leading depositary service delivery to INDOS’ private equity, real estate, fund of funds and infrastructure clients.

Prior to JTC, Andrew trained as a chartered accountant with PwC and subsequently joined Bank of America as Financial Controller within their European Private Equity team. He stayed in that role as the team spun out from the bank to form Argan Capital, an independent private equity firm.

Andrew has gained over 20 years’ experience within the private equity and financial services industries.

In their spare time

Andrew is very much interested in sport and fitness, including football (just about!), cycling and running. His remaining spare time is taken up with a house restoration project in his home town of Bangor, Northern Ireland.
