Brenda joined JTC in 2021, following the acquisition of RBC cees.
Within her role, she manages direct reports in the reconciliations team within JTC Employer Solutions.
Brenda is responsible for obtaining records of JTC assets from various Fund managers and Custodians to compare these with internal records.
She also ensures that any discrepancies between JTC records and external parties are resolved in a timely manner by applying problem solving skills and risk management principles to help maintain up to date client records.
On joining JTC, Brenda was a subject matter expert on a project to help develop JTC’s in-house reconciliation system.
Prior to RBC, she worked in audit, providing accounting and business services to small to medium-sized business in charitable, publishing, manufacturing and consumer services.
