Carol joined JTC in August 2014. In her current role as Group Head of HR, Carol is responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business growth and the achievement of JTC’s strategic objectives.

Carol has over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development. Prior to joining JTC Carol started her career in the UK Public Sector but has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working for a Jersey headquartered global law firm and a major Swiss bank.

In their spare time

Carol loves socialising and her ideal weekend is time spent entertaining family and friends. She also loves travel, especially by train, but the destination must be hot. Carol was a member of the Skills Jersey Board from its inception in 2008 until March 2016 when it was disbanded. She is also a Trustee on the Jersey Brain Tumour Charity.
