Chantal joined JTC in January 2022 as Manager – Group Resourcing Specialist in the Human Resources team and was promoted to Senior Manager in July 2024 with oversight of the Resourcing team based in Jersey.

Chantal has 20 years’ of international and local recruitment experience gained from her time in Australia, London and most recently as the in-house Channel Island Talent Acquisition Specialist for a large financial services company.

Chantal is responsible for recruitment across the JTC group working closely with hiring managers to source the strongest talent in the local and international marketplace for JTC.

In their spare time

In her spare time Chantal loves to be outdoors surfing, paddle boarding or out walking with her young children and dogs. Chantal is also a keen crafter and loves nothing better than sewing, knitting or crocheting.
