She is our primary HR contact in Mauritius, responsible for managing the HR department within that jurisdiction. She also works closely with the global HR team to help support group-wide projects.

Charishma started her HR career in 2011 at Ceridian Mauritius Ltd, where she gained experience of UK and US payroll laws. She then moved to a local company in 2016, gaining extensive exposure on Mauritius payroll and employment laws.

She has an MBA with Specialisation in HR.

In their spare time

In her spare time, Charishma enjoys trekking, photography, painting and yoga. Being a nature lover, her dream is to one day visit Iceland.
