Highlights

In 2024, her work in project management led to the establishment of the Business and Governance team, which she now leads in corporate services. The team provides strategic support across the department, focusing on process governance, compliance oversight and operational excellence, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. She continues to collaborate closely with client-facing teams and the wider business stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution and continuous process improvement.

In recognition of her leadership and innovation, Colby received CGI’s ‘One to Watch’ award in 2024.

Before joining JTC, Colby lived and worked in Ghana and Sri Lanka, leading impactful programmes with local charities.

In their spare time

In her spare time, when she isn’t broadening her children’s cultural horizons or exploring new corners of the world, Colby can be found sharpening her Krav Maga skills.
