David joined JTC in 2022 and has over 15 years’ experience in legal and corporate governance services.

Highlights

In his current role, David leads the CoSec team based in Guernsey and South Africa.

He supports corporate structures and Guernsey domiciled funds with listings covering a variety of jurisdictions including The London Stock Exchange and The International Stock Exchange. He provides assistance in relation to company secretarial and corporate governance matters. David has specialised in the AIFMD, fund administration, listing and special purpose acquisition companies and ESG.

Prior to JTC, David was called to the UK Bar in 2013, whilst working at a leading offshore law firm.

He then moved to the financial services industry in 2016.

Qualifications

  • LL.B (Hons)
  • UK Barrister (2013 call; currently unregistered)
