Dawn’s extensive background in managing client service and treasury teams gives the company unique capabilities for its EB-5 and 1031 Exchange teams. A specialist in specialty financial sectors, Dawn has decades of experience with Section 1031 like-kind exchanges and has helped build the foundation for JTC’s EB-5 services thanks to her extensive knowledge of the program.

In addition to managing the Specialty Administration team, Dawn helps define internal fund administration and client service process automation. She is also responsible for managing ongoing business continuity planning and the annual external SOC 1 Type 2 audits that provide peace of mind for JTC’s clients.
