Dewi possesses a comprehensive understanding of the advantages related to establishing corporate, orphan, and fund structures. He also assumes responsibility for driving business development initiatives for the Netherlands office, and overall support for US fund managers and multinational corporations are looking to establish EMEA fund and corporate vehicles, and vice versa. Moreover, Dewi has led the establishment of service lines, including JTC’s SPAC and Escrow services.

Dewi’s professional foundation as a trained corporate lawyer is further enriched by his successful completion of a post-graduate M&A course at a leading Dutch university.
