Donna Le Tissier

Highlights

In her role, Donna holds responsibility for service delivery to clients of the AIFM / Fund Solutions and other structures acting as Company Secretary and Governance lead. A key purpose of her role is to contribute to the establishment for the provision of ESG / SFDR / RTS and reporting services to listed clients of the AIFM, and to support the development of market-leading AIFM services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to JTC, Donna worked as a Director for a healthcare company where she was responsible for the delivery of secondary healthcare services. Donna also spent 15 years as a civil servant working as across a wide variety of areas of the government of Guernsey.

In their spare time

Donna loves practicing outdoor sports such as cliff running, cycling, swimming and surfing. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. Donna is also a Non-Executive Director for the Youth Commission LBG.
