Helen has also held senior in-house company secretarial roles in main market listed companies such as Huntsworth plc and has extensive experience of quoted companies and alternative fund structures from roles at Intertrust and MSP Secretaries.

Based in London, Helen works in JTC’s listed funds and company secretarial team.

In her spare time Helen enjoys playing the piano, exploring London and travelling whenever possible.
