Jason joined JTC in 2024 and has over 20 years’ experience in financial services with particular expertise in employee share trusts.

In his current role, Jason is responsible for a portfolio of clients that comprises a mix of both private and listed companies, many of which have international operations with non-UK plan participants.

Prior to JTC, Jason worked in company, employee benefit trust and pension administration, managing a variety of arrangements for major listed brands and private companies.
