Julia joined JTC in 2018 following the acquisition of Minerva. Julia works in the Group Company Secretariat and is a board member and the company secretary of a number of the in-house companies.
Julia has worked in the fiduciary industry for over 30 years for a number of independent trust companies and prior to JTC, joined Minerva in 2000. During that time, Julia has worked in a number of different areas of the business but now focusses on company secretarial and statutory matters.
Julia is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and has the CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
