Within her role as Senior Director, Karen manages a large multi-jurisdictional team and has both a client and strategic focus. She leads Investments, Member Benefits, Business Management, Tailored Services and Bespoke Client Solutions.

As well as managing the day-today operations of our employee benefit plan book, Karen has a keen focus on staff training and development.

Karen has over 25 years’ experience within financial services, specialising in administration and investment on a wide range of international employee benefit plans.
