Kate Beauchamp

Group Head of Institutional Client Services London 

Kate is the Group Head of Institutional Client Services at JTC, a role she assumed in 2024 after stepping down from her position as a Non-Executive Director (NED) on the JTC PLC Board.

Kate is responsible for the strategic growth and performance of the Group’s global funds, corporate services and governance service lines. She also chairs the global Institutional Client Services board and is a member of the JTC Group Holdings board.

Kate is a qualified lawyer with more than 25 years’ global experience in both private and commercial practice, as well as in the provision of corporate and legal advisory services in the UK and USA.

Her previous roles included Group Chief Legal Officer of a British-based group of international engineering companies, where she later was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020. In addition, Kate has acted as an independent consultant on good governance and board effectiveness to private and public companies and has lectured on property, trusts, and equity (UK) law.

In Their Spare Time

Having hung up her Shaolin Kempo black belt, Kate is just glad her knees still allow her to hike in the great outdoors with her husband any chance she gets.  Kate is co-founder of Project Nebula, a social mobility initiative and talent incubator for senior executives from under-represented demographic groups looking to find their first board role.
