Katherine joined JTC in 2022 and works in Group Legal alongside JTC’s Chief Group Counsel advising the Group on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Highlights

She is qualified solicitor of England and Wales, having started her legal career at Osborne Clarke in both Bristol and London. Katherine has over 12 years’ post-qualification experience in Jersey, both at Carey Olsen, and more recently at Nordic Capital as in-house counsel for seven years.

Katherine also has extensive experience in funds, private equity, general corporate matters and banking and finance, and has also previously held directorships on Jersey holding structures as well as various risk and compliance roles.

In their spare time

Katherine and her children spend much of their weekends going on adventures, building dens and supporting on various sporting side-lines. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, a decent glass of red wine and being outdoors.
