Mark previously worked for a large multinational professional services firm as the in-house lead on international litigation and trusts matters as well as Head of Legal for the Jersey business. Accordingly, he has broad experience in advising trustees and directors in contentious and non-contentious matters associated with providing fiduciary services. He also has considerable experience in regulatory disputes, employment matters and complex litigation involving some of the leading Jersey case law on insolvent trusts and winding up companies on ‘just and equitable’ basis.

Mark has 22 years of experience as a solicitor, having originally qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2002 before qualifying as an English solicitor in 2009.
