Martin Fotheringham

Highlights

In March 2018, working with Chief Executive Officer Nigel Le Quesne, Martin managed the successful listing of JTC PLC to the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Martin started his career with BDO Binder Hamlyn qualifying as a chartered accountant. He subsequently worked with Deloitte, PwC, The Thomson Corporation and Bureau Veritas before taking the role of Group CFO for Moody International, a private equity backed technical inspection business. He spent eight years at Moody helping to see the business through two buyouts and a trade sale.

In their spare time

Martin is competitive in all things. Rugby is his first passion – although as a Scot he has not had many victories to cheer lately! He continues to play hockey and tennis and will often be seen out running or on his road bike. Apart from sport, Martin enjoys travel, cooking and wine – having recently gained the WSET intermediate qualification in wines and spirits.
