Matt joined JTC in August 2015, having previously been head of the company secretarial teams at Kleinwort Benson’s and Close Brothers’ fund administration businesses and having spent his early career in finance in the investment business division of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Before moving to the Far East to become a Technical Consultant, Matt was a director of JTC’s Guernsey operating companies with overall responsibility for the delivery of services to a broad portfolio of clients, including both listed and other publicly traded companies, as well as for the provision of technical and regulatory support and guidance to all staff and clients in JTC’s Channel Islands fund administration businesses. Matt additionally provided corporate advisory services with his detailed understanding of fund structures and their documentation.
Matt now focuses on technical, regulatory and corporate consultative services, as well as continuing to act as a director of JTC Global AIFM Solutions Limited, JTC’s non-EU AIFM.
