Neeraj is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK (F.C.C.A), as well as a Fellow Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK & Ireland (FCG).
Neeraj holds a Master’s Degree with a specialization in Finance (MSc Finance), and he is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (M.I.O.D) and the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (M.I.P.A). He is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (T.E.P), and also holds membership with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (M.C.S.I).
Neeraj has more than 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in the establishment and administration of various structures including trusts, funds, and corporations in reputable IFCs. He has been actively involved in the design, setting up, and launching of various international vehicles/products including a wide range of structured products & services, funds, private pension schemes, investment dealers, investment advisors, as well as managers. He has also worked at a big four audit firm and developed an extensive skillset in accountancy and auditing. Neeraj has been involved in operations, business development, and product development departments.
He has also been involved with international business structuring, corporate advisory, as well as international tax advisory, covering legal and regulatory aspects. Neeraj is a qualified tutor, licensed by the Mauritius Qualification Authority, specializing in the fields of corporate secretarial, finance, investment, and securities.
