Nicola joined JTC in 2016, following her move across from London. She started her career working in HR within the pharmaceutical industry and took on varied roles that included: Generalist HR, M&As, Business Partnering and Talent Management.
Having started in learning and development at JTC in 2016, Nicola has moved to the generalist space and is now the HR Business Partner for the Institutional Client Services Division (encompassing our funds and corporate teams). She has also covered roles in Payroll, HR Business Partnering, Acquisitions and Project work.
