Paul joined JTC following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business in 2015.
With over 14 years of industry experience, Paul manages the investor services team who have responsibility for all investor dealing and associated processes across a variety of offshore and onshore fund structures.
Paul also heads up JTC’s Registrar services team. His team ensure that all Registrar processes including corporate actions are accurately processed using the CREST system, where required. This service is able to help companies come to market via institutional placing or by offer to the public, administer proxy voting for client funds, and to deal with all aspects of dividend and interest processing.
