Peter joined JTC in 2021 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in the investment management space.
In his role, Peter is responsible for supporting the overall operational framework and strategy of the Funds and Corporate division, ensuring that its operational capabilities support its growth prospects, with particular emphasis on financially focussed operational projects and helping the division deliver on its financial targets.
Peter began his career with Royal Bank of Scotland (International) Limited in 1995, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He subsequently worked with Aberdeen Asset Management and Ermitage Asset Management, before joining start-up independent investment manager, Spearpoint, as their CFO. He spent eight years at Spearpoint guiding it through a series of acquisitions before it was acquired itself by Brooks Macdonald. Prior to joining JTC, Peter was CFO of Sancus, a start-up alternative finance provider.
