In her role, Rafeeqah oversees the recruitment efforts in Mauritius, Singapore and Dubai, with a primary focus on attracting top-tier talent and ensuring the retention of high-quality hires. She provides crucial support to the organization in upholding and implementing standardized hiring procedures.

At present, she holds a qualification in Human Resource Management and is actively working on attaining an honours degree in the same field.

In their spare time

In her spare time, Rafeeqah can be found travelling around the world exploring new cultures. She also enjoys both playing and watching various sports as well as spending as much time as she can in the outdoors. When not exploring the world, Rafeeqah spends her time baking and experimenting with new recipes.
