Rebecca joined JTC following the acquisition of Hanway Advisory Limited.

Based in London, Rebecca works in JTC’s listed funds and company secretarial team.

Rebecca has nine years’ experience as a Company Secretary with extensive experience of investment trusts, having worked for several international professional services firms. She also previously worked at BlackRock supporting their executive committees and pan-European projects.

Rebecca holds a law degree from the University of Southampton and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ACG).
