Ruth Wright

Highlights

Within her role as Associate Director, Ruth looks after a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from venture capital trusts to real estate investment trusts.

Ruth specialises in advising and supporting boards on compliance with the UK and AIC Codes of Corporate Governance, Listing Rules and DTRs and related UK governance regulations.

Before joining JTC, she worked offshore in Guernsey where she qualified as a chartered company secretary and worked as a client relationship manager in fund and corporate services.

Ruth is bilingual, English/ French, and is a fully qualified ESOL teacher.

In their spare time

Ruth has varied interests and enjoys a busy social life. She maintains an interest in education and is a governor for a local school, which is a role she enjoys. Her family home is in the South of France where she still enjoys relaxing holidays when possible. Living in Hove she is able to pursue her interest in water sports, particularly kayaking and paddle boarding.
