Within her role at JTC, she is responsible for managing a team that provide clients with all aspects of corporate governance services.

Prior to JTC, Uloma gained extensive experience working at a senior level for both listed and unlisted entities, assisting companies and their boards to implement best practice across their governance structures.

In their spare time

Uloma is passionate about enriching the lives of young people; she has been a school governor for over 25 years and has mentored teenagers. Uloma also enjoys travelling.
