As an independent escrow agent, with a Payment Services Directive (PSD2) licence (granted by The Dutch Central Bank), JTC is able to successfully mitigate risk and deliver a complete range of escrow services to both sides of a transaction.

Our dedicated European escrow services team is experienced in delivering flexible solutions, across multiple jurisdictions for a wide range of transactions, including M&A deals. We ensure negotiations close quickly, accurately and securely, providing a degree of financial security to the companies involved in the transaction.

We have the expertise to administer all types of escrow agreements, regardless of complexity and can negotiate preferential interest rates on deposits, by working closely with a panel of world leading banks.
