JTC provides both trustee and administration services. We can provide these services either on a bundled basis – where we act as trustee and administrator – or unbundled basis – where we provide one function and work with your preferred vendor for the other function.
Your IRSP assets will be held in an dedicated trust structure, which are separate from JTC’s own assets and protected from the corporate sponsor’s creditors.
The trustee hold trust assets on behalf of the members of the plan, ensures ongoing compliance with the trust deed, plan rules, and relevant laws and regulations. The trustee is also responsible for the performance of the administrator and investment adviser and has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the members.
The administrator is responsible for day-to-day plan operations, which includes record-keeping, processing contributions, handling investment change requests, providing members online services, member communications and support, processing benefit payments, and reporting.
JTC offers off the shelf or fully customisable one-stop solution, including: trustee, administration, investment processing, and record-keeping services either as a fully bundled package or on an unbundled basis.
