Your IRSP assets will be held in an dedicated trust structure, which are separate from JTC’s own assets and protected from the corporate sponsor’s creditors.

The trustee hold trust assets on behalf of the members of the plan, ensures ongoing compliance with the trust deed, plan rules, and relevant laws and regulations.
